This position reports to

Business Manager - Operations

Your role and responsibilities

1.Responsible for projects under execution and warranty; financial result, schedule, customer relationship, quality and safety, risks, and opportunities.
2. Owner of order - delivery process including Project Management and Engineering process.
3. Develops and drives continuous improvement activities to improve processes, policies, procedures, and effectiveness at Operation Department.
4. Ensures Operation Department is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guides, motivates, and develops direct and indirect reporting employees, within Company policies.

Qualifications for the role
  • 1.Bacholar degree or above with technical education. Majored in mechanical, electrical, or other relevant industrial engineering.
  • 2. At least 5 years Marine Project Operation experience, with marine propulsion background is advantage.
  • 3. Have rich experience at order to delivery process.
  • 4. Have strong business mindset with internation customer contract.
  • 5. Have strong lead ship and team management skill with global organization setup.
  • 6. Fluent oral and written communication in English is mandatory.
