Biomanufacturing Process Engineer-Cell Culture

  • Execute prokaryotic cell and eukaryotic cell culture, including cell thawing and expansion, cell culture in single-use bioreactor and depth filtration.
  • Execute GMP production projects, produce samples for clinical trials for customers and support customers for Investigational New Drug Application.
  • Draft process procedures and batch production records according to technical transfer documents of customers or process development team.
  • Implement cell culture in strict accordance with process procedures, operating procedures, and batch production records, and fill in relevant records carefully and timely.
  • Purchase, receive and use raw materials and consumables according to the needs of projects, and make records.
  • Clean manufacturing equipment according to SOP to keep them in good operating condition.
  • Support the operation specialist on equipment qualification, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
