Client Details

Our client is a manufacturing company founded in Europe, with more than 50 years history, the company has pioneered advances in the niche market. Now we are looking for an Account Manager based in Beijing, heading up the team working together with Controller team to support the whole APAC business.

Description

  • Accounting

Ensure timely and accurately journal booking for general ledger accounts
- In charge of cost and expenses, and general ledger transactions management
- Fixed assets addition, depreciation and disposal booking
- Monthly basis AP/AR management and be responsible for bank reconciliation

  • Statutory Audit

Liaise with auditors and coordinate statutory audit
- Ensure audit report and tax filling report timely issuance

  • Provide audit report to internal and external stakeholders when required
  • Other Finance tasks

Provide financial related knowledge sharing session for internal and external stakeholders when needed
- Contact window in China to share good practice and collaborate with APAC regions Finance accounting team
- Coaching and supporting accounting team
- Give support to Finance Director on related project at China/APAC wise

Profile

  • Bachelor Degree, major in Accounting, Finance related field
  • 10-15 years working experiences focusing in Finance accounting
  • With manufacturing industry background, familiar with factory, corporate stuff, organization and business
  • Fluent spoken English - lots of opportunities to directly work with Global CFO
  • Mature leadership with team management and coaching skill
  • Good key stakeholders engagement skill and collaboration ability with local, APAC, and global team.
