Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 职责描述

  • Manage and lead the development & execution of the product marketing strategy of related product portfolios;管理和领导相关产品组合的营销策略的制定和执行;
  • Manage new product launches and related marketing plans; support the BD and MAH projects管理新产品发布和相关营销计划;支持BD和MAH项目
  • Design and implement related marketing programs;设计和实施相关的营销方案;
  • Responsible for the forecasting, pricing, inventory management and business plans for respective products;负责相应产品的预测、定价、库存管理和商业计划;
  • Work with registration team to initiate and follow through the registration process of related products;协助注册部发起和跟进新产品注册流程
  • Be the technical and clinical expert for the respective product lines;担任各自产品线的技术和临床专家;
  • Develop sales training programs for the sales force and distributors and conduct the training;为销售人员和经销商制定销售培训计划并进行培训;

Qualifications 任职资格

  • Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years experience in the healthcare industry, product management experience in the vascular interventional field preferred本科及以上学历,具有5年以上医疗行业工作经验,有血管介入领域产品管理经验者优先
  • Good business acumen, with a strategy-thinking mind具有良好的商业头脑以及战略思维能力
