Job Description
Develop commercial strategy and identify priorities of the new business of the company and ensure it's aligned with company strategy to enhance sales and marketing set-up and achieve long-term growth. The Successful Applicant Native Mandarin Speaker is a MUSTDegree required in biology, pharmacy, medical related fieldSolid General Management work experience from large-sized business and industry knowledge in biotechnology or pharmaceutical areasSuccessful proven track record in scaling up business or shaping the transformation of the business Strategic mindset in global drug landscape and product potential in clinical and commercial scenarioAble to thrive in a complex, global, cross-functional and science-driven environmentStrong communication and influencing skills; Fluent English; What's on Offer Well-established platform and all resources needed to achieve career goalsKey role in leadership team with full empowerment and support from the companyGreat timing to join the organisation after business transformation and new strategy formedLucrative and competitive remuneration package with both guaranteed cash and upside-
