Siemens Digital Industries Software is a prominent provider of solutions for product design, simulation, and manufacturing across various industries, from Formula 1 cars to skyscrapers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue opportunities to meet sales targets and drive ARR through subscription and services sales.
  • Drive business in Named Accounts and New Logo prospects with a strategic value-based approach.
  • Develop multi-channel sales strategies with well-documented account and opportunity plans.
  • Coordinate a matrix team to execute plans within each account, including internal resources and partners.
  • Establish and track goals for monitoring territory and account growth.
  • Understand market challenges, map account decision makers, and identify business challenges and purchase obstacles.
  • Recognize the business value of solutions and adapt sales positioning accordingly for different buying personas.
  • Act as a key point of contact for account knowledge and activity.
  • Represent Siemens at conferences and mentor junior team members.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing around customer solutions and industry internally.
  • Work on Customer Accounts with opportunities of moderate scope.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in EDA, CAE, PLM, or related field.
  • BSEE or BSCS education from a top-tier university.
  • Demonstrated good sales performance.
  • Experience in vertical industries such as Automotive, High-end consumer, or telecom.
  • Excellent English speaking and communication skills.
