Join us as Senior Project Manager for the Robotics and Discrete Automation in Shanghai,China.You will be leading the project team to achieve project goal, timing, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.

This is a position with global grade

Your responsibilities
  • Analyzing customer requirements and developing project plans accordingly
  • Preparing project estimates, schedules and resources
  • Managing and coordinating the project's activities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Developing and managing project budgets.Coordinating with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of project components
  • Monitoring and controlling project milestones, deliverables and quality assurance
  • Reporting project status and performance to management. Leading the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Ensuring adherence to safety and security procedures.Performing other duties as assigned
Your background
  • Bachelor or above with more than 8 years of system project management experience
  • Extensive experience in system project management( More than 8 years) in an international environment, preferably in automation engineering
  • Customer orinted person with strong interpersonal and people management skills
  • Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules, and vendors
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project
  • Very good communication skills both oral and written in mandarin and English
