Job Summary

We are in search of a CFD Engineer to provide accurate design simulations at Qingpu Plant for Pressure Management, collaborating with teams in the same location.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Develops and validates FEA and CFD models for design concept development, validation, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Delivers precise simulation results through technical reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Verifies simulation outcomes by comparing with test results to ensure accuracy.
  • Implements process enhancements, trains NPD teams on new methods, and optimizes the use of existing FEA and CFD software.
  • Collaborates with Design Engineers to introduce new processes and techniques.
  • May handle special projects or duties as needed.

Who You Are:

You are persistent in achieving goals, communicate effectively in different settings, and adapt approaches to various situations.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Dynamics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant industry experience with at least 2 years working with CFD software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and 3D modeling software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Ability to work well in teams and independently, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good presentation skills in English.
  • Quick learner, self-motivated, and positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Background in flow control industries is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with design regulations, codes, and industry standards is a plus.
  • Experience in giving presentations is preferred.
