与公立医院客户沟通,同时与不同部门合作共同充分挖掘其强项,辅以客观理论证据,并以广大医院的临床使用者能够接受,了解,感染的形式展示推广飞利浦影像产品。

您的职责是

  • 负责区域内经销渠道网络建设,公立医院市场推广飞利浦医疗产品,完成销售目标。 理解并执行公司渠道销售策略和市场策略,及时搜集、汇报区域内市场和竞争信息。
  • 定期回顾与评估区域经销合作伙伴绩效,通过科学方法和管理工具努力提高飞利浦医疗产品的覆盖率和市场占有率
  • 建立并维护与区域内重要合作伙伴关系,通过产品培训、技术支持、协同拜访等多种活动支持其业务发展,努力培养、提升合作伙伴能力和忠诚度。
  • 搜集客户信息及潜在产品需求,按时提交项目计划和订单预测等报告;控制和管理销售成本。
  • 负责开发、建立和维护与政府集采部门的良好关系与合作。
  • 推动并努力提高项目的赢率和市场占有率。
  • 建立并维护市场渠道资源,有能力管理和支持区域内的省长代理商的相关业务

该职位是销售部门,目的是通过展示飞利浦产品的临床性能及特色并市场化,用于市场推广和宣传。在指定区域内与其他部门配合共同完成公司下达的业绩指标。
