As a Sales Supp. Specialist-Customer Support for Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for overlooking daily project progress to ensure all the projects are stable in schedule according to the sales order.

Your responsibilities
  • Checking the orders from the customer and confirm the lead time and the price with the customer
  • Being responsible of providing the ordered product, documentation and service to the customer or sales on time
  • Coordinating with the related resources or dept to solver project issues
  • Being responsible for the arrangement of customer visit
  • Giving sales team support to coordinate with the factory
  • Monitoring daily revenues, FG for customer and project
  • Ensuring to realize each month's/year/s revenue target
Your background
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Good knowledge in industry would be preferred
  • Excellent communication, cooperation and influencing skills when working with different senior level roles internally and externally with different customers
  • Microsoft office/SAP experience will be plus
  • Ability to handle complexity and work under pressure
  • Fluent English in both speaking and writing
