3. Prepares procedure released concerning the labor contracts for enthusiasts.
准备劳动合同相关的政策程序。
4. Develops and maintains an enthusiast relations program, include social and sports activities, service award programs, and employee counseling to increase enthusiast's satisfaction.
建立并且发展员工关系系统以提高员工满意度,其中包括各项社会以及体育活动,服务奖项和员工咨询等。
5. Takes charge of recruitment according to hotel business requirement and the manning situation.
根据酒店的经营需要和人员现状,及时有效的完成招聘任务。

6. Handle the check in/out for Level 8 and above enthusiasts.

负责8级及以上员工入职和离职手续。

7. Supervises and checks all records on sick leave, medical expenses, misconduct and Personnel Action Form.
监督检查所有休假、医疗费用、违纪以及人员变动表格的正确管理和操作。
8. Supervises and support the HR supervisor to manage the enthusiast facility.

9. Maintain safety and cleanliness of work areas and enthusiast areas, including, but not limited to, the enthusiast restaurant and locker rooms.

10. Supervises and support HR supervisor coordinatoratorployee to keep the fluent and right operation on B&C.

11. Ensures the security and confidentiality of the HR Department is strictly adhered to.

12. Initiate any new and improved system/procedure to be implemented in order to upgrade all personnel filing system and records.

13. Handle arbitration cases to protect hotel's benefits.

14. Handle enthusiast's complaint and communicate with the other department.

15. Take charge of HR Audit to arrive the budget and to standardize HR's operation.

1. Fluent in written and spoken English.
