Primary Purpose:



This is a key appointment for the continued successful development of Andor's rapid growth business. He/she will be responsible for the technical connection and business management between the end users and Andor. Under management of team sales manager to develop new accounts and improve intimacy relying on personal expertise and strong portfolio to develop the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation OEM Sales Strategy in line with Business plans.
  • Develop & expand the OEM direct and reseller network to ensure annual sales targets are achieved.
  • Provide formal weekly & monthly reports on territories with accurate account of regional booking status and forecast.
  • In-depth understanding of products and solutions, understanding the user's technical roadmap and the value brought by our matching solutions, through close communication between the technical department of the headquarters and the user's technical department, realize the product value and obtain orders
  • Liaise with broader sales management team to ensure efficiency of regional operations and coherence of global operations.
  • Travel as required across China and to UK to build key business partnerships. Travel expectations are approx. 30-40% of time.
  • Any other duties as may be reasonably be required from time to time by your line manager.

Education / Qualifications:



Essential

  • Scientific Degree
  • Understanding of relevant scientific applications
  • Understanding of relevant technologies

  • Experienced working with OEM customers
  • English language moderate


Professional Skills/ Abilities:

  • Candidates will be able to demonstrate extensive sales experience including line management experience at senior level or alternatively extensive sales experience in the OEM business.
  • Significant experience in designing channel infrastructure both direct and via distributors across China Markets
  • Demonstrated ability in leveraging our high tech and customization capability
  • Staff management/motivation
  • Discover users in the early phase of product design and use our products for customer product design by delivery of our value and capabilities.
  • Maintain a good and sustainable business relationship with OEM customers
