Title: Regional Sales Manager

Report to: Sales Director, MR China

Subordinate None

Job Description

  1. In the responsible area, formulate and implement sales and business development plan according to sales and business development strategy to achieve sales target.

  1. Follow up and responsible for the development of key projects and key customers in the region, coordinate the internal and external resources of the company to achieve the sales target.
  2. Explore the market and business opportunities, responsible for the development of new customers in the region and maintain the relationship with existing customers.
  3. Develop and cultivate new sales channels, provide technical support and manage the distributors in the area.

  1. Complete relevant sales reports and assist finance department to return accounts receivable in time.
  2. Complete other matters arranged by the superior on time.

Job Profile

  1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, chemistry, chemical engineering or related.
  2. At least 5 years sales experience in large and medium-sized enterprises or foreign-funded enterprises.

  1. Strong communication and coordination skills with team spirit.
  2. Strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
  3. Adapt to frequent business trips.
