POSITION SUMMARY
The TA Partner will have a crucial role in rolling out both global and regional initiatives, assisting in TA matters within the overall TA Strategy, policies, and guidelines while ensuring adherence to local and regional employment regulations. This role involves handling the complete recruitment process for Thermo Fisher China positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end hiring process from opening requisitions, sourcing, conducting interviews, making offers, to onboarding candidates.
  • Act as a TA advisory partner, utilizing data-driven labor market insights to refine hiring strategies and methods based on the best organizational fit and talent market trends.
  • Ensure efficient and quality-driven management of processes in line with company and TA function policies and standards.
  • Collaborate with business partners and candidates to understand their specific needs, fostering connections and establishing a long-term talent pool.
  • Utilize technology and automation tools to discover and implement best practices that enhance recruitment strategies and metrics.
  • Support the roll-out of various company and HR initiatives.

Summary of Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 8 years of experience in recruiting across diverse organizations.
  • Prior exposure to a fast-paced, multicultural international environment is desirable.
  • Experience in a talent search firm is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated strong partnership skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and a team player.
