Automotive Testing Specialist

Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team in customer activities, promotions, and order acquisition for the two-wheel and motorcycle sector. This role requires you to evaluate special inquiries, new regulations, and updates to existing regulations, adjusting our services as needed to maintain excellence.
You will report to upper management on key issues, observations, and suggestions regarding our external and internal environment. Additionally, you will provide professional in-house and public training to external partners and customers, as well as to internal colleagues.
As a technical expert, you will provide support and supervision to other engineers, ensure the correct implementation of testing, and prepare technical and administrative documentation. You will also be responsible for implementing and managing project-related activities, ensuring excellent quality, lead-time, and customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in engineering (vehicle, mechanical, electrical, or electronic) and strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. You should also have a good understanding of vehicle safety concepts, homologation regulations, and knowledge of our products, including vehicle components, systems, and whole vehicles.
