Our Story
Since our inception, INEOS Automotive has been driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality. Our team has grown rapidly, and we've achieved significant milestones, including the launch of our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier. As we continue to evolve, we're seeking a talented Regional Aftersales Manager to join our team.
About the Role
As a key member of our After Sales team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing regional After Sales strategies to establish the Grenadier's credibility in the Chinese market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans, ensuring maximum vehicle uptime and customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
- Setup, manage, and monitor regional partner workshops and stakeholders
- Roll-out of key strategic initiatives to safeguard maximum vehicle uptime and customer satisfaction
- After Sales interface to key customers
- Support local events and test drives from an After Sales perspective
- Safeguard regional parts availability to minimize vehicle downtime
- Monitor regional financial target achievement
- Align and communicate on benchmark approaches with other regional After Sales managers
Requirements
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and After Sales commercial best practices
- Strong After Sales background with a proven track record in the OEM/IAM field
- Technical experience in understanding vehicle failures and breakdowns
- Commercial and aftersales acumen, with strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivation, influencing, and relationship building skills
- Good command of English, with another Asian language beneficial
