Technical Sales Specialist

A Typical Day
Key responsibilities may encompass the following along with additional tasks as assigned:
Guides the development and implementation of global corporate positioning, branding strategies, and communication frameworks across the organization. Creates and executes the brand identity framework, tools, and resources to ensure a unified approach. Constructs and oversees the systems and resources necessary for maintaining brand excellence on a global scale, including policies and guidelines that enable the organization to produce and convey brand-focused communications, products, services, and initiatives. Develops effective strategies for auditing, reviewing, and training personnel on brand application, while also defining and directing methods to assess the value of the Medtronic brand both internally and externally. Conducts assessments to gauge Medtronic's reputation, brand strength, and the impact of creative concepts on various stakeholders. Evaluates potential branding and positioning strategies through thorough research.
