Elevator Modernization Sales Representative

Position Overview:

Otis is expanding, and we are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative focused on modernization projects. The primary goal of this role is to drive sales growth by developing potential clients, with a strong emphasis on securing new modernization orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance existing client relationships to secure additional modernization orders.
- Act as the primary contact for business interactions, responding promptly to client inquiries.
- Identify and develop new clients through cold calling, networking, and tendering processes.
- Formulate sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Utilize internal sales tools to effectively track project progress and estimate contract values.
- Conduct sales negotiations to finalize deals.
- Collaborate closely with other sales team members and on-site colleagues.
Qualifications:
- A degree in business or engineering is preferred, along with relevant industry knowledge.
- At least 3 years of professional experience, with a preference for those with technical sales experience.
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- A high level of responsibility and accountability.
- Goal-oriented and adaptable to work within a highly structured organization.
