Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Sales Representative to join our team in Shenyang. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing daily sales operations and maintaining relationships with customers and channels. You will also be responsible for expanding Galderma's product sales in China, planning and executing product promotions and sales, and achieving company sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize sales value and growth by implementing product marketing strategies and launching new products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and channels to drive sales growth.
  • Provide professional product support and training to customers and sales teams.
  • Monitor market trends and provide regular market feedback to the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (medicine, pharmacy, biology, etc.).
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Strong learning ability and knowledge of the medical industry.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills.
