OEM Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced OEM Sales Specialist to join our team at Innomotics Large Drives (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and promoting Siemens Motor and Drive products, solutions, and services to customers in the industrial business field.
Key Responsibilities- Familiarize yourself with the OEM business model and its applications in the industrial sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in electrical motor and drives technology and products.
- Initiate and implement sales strategies to achieve agreed-upon targets and goals.
- Establish and maintain strong connections with customers to ensure long-term relationships.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Electrical Transmission, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in relevant areas.
- Strong initiative and active thinking skills.
- Integrity, honesty, and loyalty, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Quick learner with good business sense.
