Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Engineer to join our team at Brooks Automation. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their systems are up and running smoothly, and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site installation and support for complex equipment and systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, and implement effective solutions
  • Check and approve the operational quality of system equipment
  • Instruct customers on the operation and maintenance of the system
  • Serve as a liaison between the customer and our company on administrative and technical matters
  • Interpret customer needs and clarify responsibility for problem resolution
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a thorough knowledge of the basic principles, practices, and processes in the applicable discipline, as well as a working knowledge of related fields. You should be able to provide resolutions from basic to moderately complex problems, and exercise judgment within procedures and practices in selecting methods and techniques for arriving at solutions.
