About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Associate to join our team at Arrow Electronics Components(Shanghai) Co Ltd. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across different countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a communication coordinator from the Service Center towards all customers from different countries.
  • Provide presale service including customer account setup, quotation, and part details checking.
  • Manage customer open orders: confirmation, modification, cancellation, and resolve discrepancies with outgoing deliveries.
  • Communicate with Asset and third-party vendors and customers daily regarding the supply situation.
  • Manage compliance with export rules for controlled products, including preparation of export licenses.
  • Be accountable for delivery to customers and resolution of shipping and price discrepancies.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order confirmation, shipping, and tracking information.
  • Analyze, escalate, and take appropriate action on Shortages/damages.
  • Handle other related affairs arranged by manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, Minimum 3 years of customer service-related experience, similar industry background is highly preferred.
  • Customer-oriented with customer service background. Adaptability, resourcefulness, problem-solving, and superior multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Good communication skills via chat/phone calls and emails with internal teams and external customers.
  • Willing to work in a challenging and multicultural environment.
  • Fluent English both in speaking and writing.
  • Aggressive, independent, proactive, hard-working, service-oriented, and well-organized.
  • Experience in Oracle and Salesforce is preferred.
