Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Engineer to join our team at Brooks Automation. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of complex equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide highly visible customer support through on-site installation and troubleshooting of complex equipment and systems.
  • Oversee diagnoses, service, and repair of equipment and systems, ensuring operational quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of equipment and systems.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and the company on administrative and technical matters.
  • Interpret customer needs and clarify responsibility for problem resolution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A thorough knowledge of the basic principles, practices, and processes in the applicable discipline.
  • A working knowledge of related fields.
  • The ability to use judgment in resolving issues and recommending solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
