Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at GOAT Group. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer support issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide clear and concise communication to customers through various channels
  • Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues related to our mobile apps and website
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong understanding of consumer experience and ability to communicate effectively
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or eCommerce industry
