POSITION SUMMARY

The Customer Retention Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences and fostering loyalty among our most valued Elite members. Key responsibilities include ensuring seamless pre-arrival and arrival experiences, providing personalized support throughout their stay, and gathering post-stay feedback to inform future enhancements.

As a key member of the Loyalty team, the Customer Retention Specialist will collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute strategies that drive member engagement and retention. This role requires a customer-centric approach, with a focus on anticipating and addressing member needs in a prompt and professional manner.

Additionally, the Customer Retention Specialist will maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, protect company assets, and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
