Key Responsibilities
- Provide highly visible customer support through on-site installation and troubleshooting of complex equipment and systems.
- Oversee diagnoses, service, and repair of equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
- Serve as a liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
- Interpret customers' needs and clarify responsibility for problem resolution.
Requirements
- Work is supervised daily or weekly with assignments that encompass a well-defined set of tasks.
- Follow established procedures, processes, or policies.
- Develop a good knowledge of the company and may be assigned to projects for career development.
