Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team in the Women's Health division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products to healthcare professionals and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets through effective product promotion and customer engagement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Organize scientific lectures and roundtable meetings to facilitate discussions among key experts
- Assist the Marketing Department in promoting regional meetings and bidding procedures
- Provide accurate market information feedback and update databases
- Participate in special projects such as major promotions and new product launches
- Ensure individual actions align with Bayer's LIFE values and compliance guidelines
Requirements
- University degree in Medicine or related field
- At least one year of working experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Knowledge of products, market place, and customer base
- Good business sensitivity, learning ability, and sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish good relationships with medical experts
- Good innovation and development capacity
- Customer-orientation
- Good ability of self-motivation
- Speech skills and good coordination and organization skills
