Job Title: Sales Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at CNES Beijing Bokai Technology Co., Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, supporting the sales team, and maintaining an active sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and adapt to varied sales cycle demands.
  • Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing guidance and assistance in the sales process.
  • Participate in client relationship management and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Analyze market data and communicate product knowledge to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure departmental alignment.
  • Embrace process improvements and innovative technologies within the sales process.
  • Contribute to sales negotiations and deal closings as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role.
  • Proven track record in sales and sales enablement.
  • Proficiencies in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
  • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP).
