Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist, Sales, Critical Care to join our team at Edwards Lifesciences. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets, while anticipating and applying knowledge of our entire product portfolio and competitor offerings to serve the needs of assigned accounts and the broader business.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with accounts, and identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets, while developing and leading the execution of both short- and long-term account plans.
  • Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with assigned accounts, while serving as a consultant to BU management.
  • Other incidental duties.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 8 years of progressive sales experience, with extensive medical devices industry experience.
  • Expertise of entire BU product portfolio and competitor offerings.
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations, distributors, and customers.
  • Serves as a consultant to BU management.
  • Seen as a resource to customers' organizations based on ability to develop innovative, mutually beneficial partnerships and solutions.
  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements, and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others, as well as to the protection of the environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
