Senior Learning Experience Designer

EF Education First is seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning Experience Designer to join our team. As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will play a critical role in designing and developing high-quality language learning experiences that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop learning solutions that incorporate cutting-edge technologies and learning design principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver holistic learning solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Work with freelance writers and editors to develop high-quality learning materials.
  • Evaluate project results and suggest ways to improve them.
  • Stay up-to-date with new tools and technologies in the language learning and educational ecosystems.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or equivalent in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or Linguistics.
  • Experience in EFL/ELT materials development, preferably for online learners.
  • Experience working in editorial project and people management.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with language standards and frameworks (e.g. CEFR).
  • Digital media skills and ability to work in a technological setting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proven interpersonal skills for stakeholder communication.
  • Strong written communication skills applied to learning materials development.
