Senior Learning Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Learning Executive to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and executing sales, technical, and leadership training programs across Asia Pacific regions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute training programs to enhance the performance of our customer-facing colleagues.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including directors, sales leaders, HR leads, and subject matter experts, to analyze training needs and develop effective solutions.
- Design and curate up-to-date learning curriculums that meet the needs of our business.
- Facilitate learning initiatives and deploy programs, ensuring seamless execution and end-to-end training practices.
- Oversee the management of training logistics, scheduling, registration processes, calendar invites, video conversion, security of learning assets, resource planning, and evaluation summaries.
- Hold a degree in Electrical or HVAC-related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in training and development.
- Proven experience in designing and developing training modules.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees and external parties.
- Good project management, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Strong data analysis capability.

To succeed in this role, you will need to:
- Identify customized learning needs for APAC and collaborate with our internal design and development team to produce learning content.
- Consult and support our Go-to-Market internal sales campaign.
- Use your strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a wide range of SMEs and internal customers.
- Deliver parts of the curriculum if required, enabling closer working relationships with our students and stakeholders.
- Analyze business needs and directly link performance outcomes to our business metrics.
- Define and manage quality and metrics of all program elements.
- Incorporate new product learning as appropriate, developed by our wider team.
- Manage project timelines and delivery schedules, as well as track and measure results.
- Be a role model and driver for global standards and quality outcomes.
- Strong initiative and the ability to drive what you think makes sense.
- Technical expertise, with a quick grasp of how building environments are created and business lines organized.
- Education and training in Electrical or HVAC-related field.
- Creativity and the ability to invent solutions for training needs.
