Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve user issues related to hardware, software, and services for desktop computing equipment, mobile devices, and network infrastructure.
  • Provide on-call support to ensure seamless IT operations for executives, including 24/7 availability during designated rotations.
  • Proactively identify recurring technical challenges, document solutions, and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT technology groups, business stakeholders, and senior management, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
  • Implement process improvements and contribute to the optimization of IT support procedures.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive business information and executive communications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant IT field.
  • Minimum three years of hands-on experience providing technical support in a dynamic environment.
    • Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, macOS, Windows operating systems, network services, and mobile devices (iOS and Android).
    • Strong understanding of cloud storage solutions (Box, OneDrive), virtual collaboration software (WebEx, Teams, Zoom), and MS Office Suite applications.
    • Exceptional remote support skills and proficiency with remote troubleshooting tools.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
