About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Vice President of Modular Execution to spearhead our client's modular construction strategy for e-Fuel plants. This pivotal role will drive the development and implementation of innovative modular execution philosophies, focusing on standardization, cost reduction, and efficient project delivery on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic modularization of e-Fuel plant designs to reduce engineering costs and enhance project efficiency.
  • Create an ecosystem of 'plants as a product' to promote consistent modularization and reduce costs.
  • Establish and manage relationships with Asian fabrication companies, equipment suppliers, and contractors to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Oversee project milestones, budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance across international projects.
  • Drive innovation in modular construction techniques and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Build expertise within development teams and technical professionals to achieve global standardization.
  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers and construction professionals to ensure successful project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance.
  • Optimize plant construction expenditures, effectively reducing CAPEX.
  • Ensure the final modular plant design is replicated in all geographies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in petrochemical construction management, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive experience in modular construction and contractor management.
  • Deep understanding of hydrogen/chemical production processes.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale international projects.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and cross-cultural communication abilities.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in one or more Asian languages highly desirable.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
