Job Title: Senior Account Executive

Amazon Currency Converter is a fast-growing business within Amazon Payments Products, offering market-leading features that enhance customers' shopping experience on Amazon. As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by prospecting and facilitating the adoption of Amazon's Currency Converter product among cross-border sellers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with Selling Partners to increase engagement and adoption of growth-driving programs.
  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities, leveraging a consultative sales approach to understand sellers' needs and pain points.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, working closely with cross-functional teams to align programs and initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving seller issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on cross-border business trends and events, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing experience in e-commerce, retail technology, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of success in cold calling, prospecting, and qualifying companies.
  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
  • Ability to exceed sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
