Senior IT Support Specialist for Executive Leadership

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior IT Analyst to provide dedicated technical support to our executive leadership team. This role demands exceptional problem-solving abilities, a deep understanding of complex IT systems, and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and resolve IT issues for executives, ensuring seamless operations and productivity.
  • Provide expert support for desktop computing equipment, mobile devices, software applications, and network services.
  • Deploy and maintain mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets, configuring them to meet executive requirements.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation, providing 24/7 support to executives as needed.
  • Identify recurring technical challenges, document solutions, and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive business information.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT technology groups, business stakeholders, and executive leadership, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
  • Adhere to established IT processes and methodologies, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve existing processes and procedures, enhancing the overall IT support experience for executives.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across a range of IT platforms and technologies.
  • Proven experience supporting and diagnosing issues related to Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, macOS, Windows operating systems, network services, and cloud storage solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile device management, including Apple iOS and Android operating systems.
  • Strong remote support skills and familiarity with remote access tools.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
