Senior Business Development Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic account management and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at existing and new customer accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to leverage SAP's solutions and expertise.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive business plans to address customer and prospect priorities and pain points.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform sales strategies and optimize pipeline performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SAP's solutions and their applications in various industries.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales of complex business software or IT solutions.
- Proven track record in business application software sales.
- Experience in lead role of a team-selling environment.
- Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative, and competitive market.
- Business-level English: Fluent.
