Senior Business Development Manager

Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Co., Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Senior Seller Consultant to join its China team based in Shenzhen. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering new business growth and maximizing revenue generation across Amazon's suite of products for merchants.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a Category Recruitment Strategy: Analyze the competitive landscape and define new products' value proposition to drive business growth.
- Identify, Recruit, and Support Sellers: Identify and recruit sellers of various types to execute on aggressive growth plans, providing them with consulting advice to grow their business.
- Review and Monitor Performance: Review and monitor the performance and sales of Amazon's partners to provide them with consulting advice to grow their business.
- Coordinate and Lead Projects: Coordinate and lead projects with cross-functional teams and deliver results with stakeholders.
- Drive Product/Program Improvement: Work with teams within Amazon worldwide to drive product/program improvement by gathering feedback from CN selling partners during project implementation and post-live support phases.
- 5+ Years of Sales or Marketing Experience: 5+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
