Senior Learning Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Learning Executive to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our learning and development team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute sales, technical, and leadership training programs across Asia Pacific regions
- Engage with key stakeholders, including directors, sales leaders, HR leads, and subject matter experts, to understand training needs and develop effective solutions
- Design and curate up-to-date learning curriculums that meet the needs of our customers and employees
- Facilitate learning initiatives and deploy programs, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery
- Oversee end-to-end training practices, including training logistics, scheduling, registration, and evaluation
Requirements:
- Preferably a degree holder in Electrical, HVAC-related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in training and development
- Experience in designing and developing training modules
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a good ability to build relationships with employees and external parties
- Good project management, presentation, and analytical skills
- Strong data analysis capability

- Identify customized learning needs for APAC, collaborating with internal design and development teams to produce learning content
- Consult and support the Go-to-Market internal sales campaign
- Use your strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a wide range of SMEs and internal customers
- Analyze business needs and directly link performance outcomes to business metrics
- Define and manage quality and metrics of all program elements
- Incorporate new product learning as appropriate, developed by the wider team
- Manage project timelines and delivery schedules, tracking and measuring results
- Be a role model and driver for global standards and quality outcomes
