Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Team Lead to join our team at TÜV Rheinland. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Qingdao office and providing overall administration support to the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the administrative team to provide high-quality administration services and support to the company.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to ensure efficient and effective office operations.
- Provide guidance and training to team members to improve their skills and productivity.
- Coordinate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Support the organization in terms of customer events and internal/external seminars.
- Responsible for local purchases and procurement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative management experience.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Proficient in English reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Proficient in office software operation skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and service awareness.
