Position Overview

The role involves orchestrating marketing initiatives, promoting products, executing regional marketing strategies, enhancing product awareness among distributors and clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead promotional projects for key products, including Tumor, Thyroid, Hormone, Cardiac, and PCT, aiming to boost regional sales for these items.
  • Collaborate with sales and distributor teams to meet sales objectives.
  • Engage closely with sales and distributors to cultivate and sustain relationships with regional key customers, assisting in the development of these accounts while optimizing reagent usage.
  • Provide training and support to resellers to enhance their understanding of the products.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, which may include hospital meetings and regional events, to elevate awareness of Roche products.
  • Identify and nurture regional speakers.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Undertake additional projects or responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.
  • Ensure all business activities are conducted in strict compliance with Roche's policies, including Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, and Roche Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental Protection standards.

Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Clinical Diagnostics Science or Business Administration is required.

Candidates should possess:

  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, along with strong skills in MS Office applications.
  • Expertise in product and application knowledge.
  • A background in hospital laboratory diagnostics or a minimum of three years of marketing, sales, or application experience in a related field.
