Sales Executive

Join our dynamic team at Hyatt Corporation as a Sales Executive. This role is essential in fostering relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in addressing all client inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Prepare and circulate comprehensive reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, facilitating site visits and entertainment arrangements.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients and accounts.
  • Create and maintain detailed profiles for all accounts.
  • Meet and exceed personal sales targets on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required by management.

Required Qualifications

  • A degree or diploma in hotel management or a related field.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in the hospitality sector (new graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • A results-driven mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
