Role Overview:

This position presents a thrilling opportunity to contribute to the sales efforts of one of Hyatt's premier properties in the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, significantly impacting overall revenue growth.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue potential acquisition and development accounts, crafting effective sales strategies to enhance the hotel's market presence.
  • Analyze local and national market trends, as well as competitor sales strategies, to ensure the hotel remains competitive and innovative.
  • Maintain high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
  • Experience in the MICE sector is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • A university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a large-scale hospitality environment is desirable. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Sales Manager role.
  • Strong presentation skills, proficiency in Putonghua, and excellent interpersonal abilities are essential.
