About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Staff Scientist to join our Microwell Assay development team in China. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Raw material selection and formula design
  • Product registration and dossier preparation
  • Assisting in product registration activities, including type testing, clinical trials, and quality inspection
  • Establishing, implementing, and improving platform technology and department-related processes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A natural science background, preferably in biology, pharmaceuticals, or medicine
  • 10-15 years of experience in immunoassay development, or 8-10 years with a Master's degree, or 5+ years with a PhD
  • Hands-on development expertise in immunoassay development, with a proven track record of commercialized products
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin, with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in experimental design, analytical analysis, and data evaluation and interpretation
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Excel, and experience with statistical software
