Job Summary:

Manulife is seeking a highly skilled Inforce Management professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators, organizing regular meetings with management, and tracking and following up on decisions made during these meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for growth within our existing business and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Assist in product pricing work and provide support to the team as needed.
  • Communicate and collaborate with Regional Office and other BU IFM teams to share best practices and knowledge.
  • Establish a mechanism for monitoring and tracking company-related experiences.

Requirements:

  • Full-time bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as actuarial science, finance, insurance, math, or statistics.
  • No less than 10 years of experience in product pricing, evaluation, or related fields within the life insurance industry.
  • North American actuarial fellowship (SOA) or other equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in R, Excel, PowerPoint, and other statistical analysis software or office tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and think creatively.
