About the Position

Responsible for the annual financial plan, expense projections, and comprehensive expense assessments in alignment with management's directives.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Forecasting

Facilitate the preparation of the annual General Operating Expense (GOE) budget for China and its branches. Execute rolling forecasts for China GOE and deliver pertinent analyses.

Expense Oversight and Evaluation

Conduct detailed analytical reviews of GOE outcomes and provide timely insights to management. Develop presentations and analyses for regular Management Business Reviews (MBR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and other internal assessment meetings. Organize and evaluate branch resource assessments annually to promote efficiency enhancements. Oversee the E-budget application, budget reallocations, and incremental budget evaluations.

Essential Qualifications:

A master's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting; ACCA or CPA certification is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, particularly in life insurance financial management. Demonstrated expertise in business analysis and financial management frameworks; experience with a Big Four audit firm or a prestigious consulting firm is advantageous. Strong proficiency in PC applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP/BI/BPC is preferred. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin. A proactive problem solver with robust analytical and communication skills in a dynamic industry. Capable of working collaboratively across functions, with strong skills in Communication, Planning and Organization, Problem Solving, Business Insight, and People Development. Quick learner, self-motivated, and characterized by integrity and trustworthiness.
