Balenciaga Store Manager

Main Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising displays and store layouts to create an engaging shopping experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the store director to develop and implement business strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the retail industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
