Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Newell Brands. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers in the Prestige retail and Wholesale market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve sales revenue budget and SGM targets in assigned provinces or cities.
- Conduct daily operations, business reviews, and POS planning to ensure optimal distribution, coverage, and in-store execution.
- Execute marketing activities, including new product launches, promotions, and in-store events, to continuously improve consumer journeys and in-store experiences.
- Manage and optimize AP and CF plans to achieve best ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with local market information and provide accurate forecast plans for assigned customers.
Requirements:
- University degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in well-known light luxury or premium consumer goods or durable consumer goods, multinational companies.
- Strong field sales management and distributor mode management experience, knowledge, and skills.
- Relationship and knowledge with shopping mall commercial departments.
- Experience in province business management.
