The Role
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will join our dynamic customer service team in Shanghai, supporting carefully selected opticians worldwide.
Your Responsibilities
- Providing world-class customer service via phone and email
- Processing and registering orders
- Following up on customer inquiries
- Processing claims
Your Qualifications
- Fluent in Japanese and English; additional languages are considered an advantage
- A positive personality with high loyalty and responsibility
- Pride in providing outstanding customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with multitasking
