Greater China Marine Business Development Manager

RINA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Greater China Marine Business Development Manager to join its team in Qingdao, China. As a key member of the Marine Asia Region Division, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding opportunities in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales and revenue in the Greater China region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients and partners.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Substantial experience in business development, sales, or related roles, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms and agreements with clients, partners, and vendors.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess market trends and competitor activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
