Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Technologie-Transfer-Manager, der unsere Produktionsprozesse in Shanghai weiterentwickeln und optimieren kann.

Aufgaben:
  • Ansprechpartner für Technologie und Prozesse der Broetje-Automation am Standort BACN
  • Unterstützung des technischen Teams in Projekten bei der Einführung und Umsetzung der vorhandenen Technologien und Prozesse
  • Proaktive Identifikation von neuen vielversprechenden Technologien und Innovationen innerhalb des Unternehmens, insbesondere in China
  • Aufbau neuer Prozesse für die Abwicklung von technischen Projekten bei der BACN
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsabteilungen, um potenzielle Technologien zu bewerten und deren Marktpotenzial in China zu analysieren
  • Festlegung von klaren Richtlinien und Verfahren für den erfolgreichen Transfer von Technologien zwischen den Standorten BAR und BACN
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu internen Teams und Abteilungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Koordination von internen Technologieaktivitäten
  • Durchführung von Marktanalysen, um aktuelle Trends und Potenziale für die Kommerzialisierung von Technologien zu verstehen
  • Sicherstellung des Schutzes des geistigen Eigentums durch Patente, Marken und andere Schutzrechte
  • Erstellung von Berichten über den Status von Technologietransferaktivitäten für das Management
Anforderungen:
  • Langjährige Erfahrung in der technischen Abwicklung von Projekten und deren internen Prozessen
  • Kenntnisse des Produkportfolios der Broetje-Automation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen Bereich
  • Gutes automatisierungstechnisches Wissen und Verständnis
  • Gute Deutsch-, Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)
  • Sicheres Auftreten
  • Planungs- und Organisationsgeschick
  • Eigeninitiative, Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein sehr hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
